Kid's Art Club

Explore your artistic side with eight weeks of creativity and learning this summer at the YAC! Students will be amazed at the results in a very short time, and gain confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Facilitated by a professional arts educator, this drop-in program is perfect for children ages 9-12 that want to learn and try drawing and other kinds of art. Parents will want to attend the Information Session on June 20th. Register for the information session or the art club by calling the MFRC at 250-363-2640 (toll free: 1-800-353-3329).

Playing Together

Playing Together is a drop-in program for parents and children under the age of two to socialize and network with other military families. The children move freely between three to four activities in this fun, open-ended play experience. No registration required, just drop-in. Call the MFRC at 250-363-2640 for more information.

Summer Fun for 3-5 year olds

Welcome to a fun-filled summer! Keep your child active and engaged with our specialized summer sessions for 3 to 5 year olds! Available at CPAC, these 2.5 hour theme sessions require a snack, drink, sunscreen, and a heart open to having fun! Please note there is a Pre-Registration session on May 8th, but registrations are accepted up to the preceding Friday of each week. Minimum 5 children per class, maximum 10 children per class. $12 per session or $90 for 8 sessions. Contact the MFRC at 250-363-2640 for more information.
