Postal Information

Drop off any mail (letters or parcels) that you need to send to a deployed military member at either the Colwood Pacific Activity Centre or the Signal Hill MFRC. This is a free service. Mail gets picked up at the MFRC by the Fleet Mail Office Monday to Friday.

Please note: If your military member is away on a course or imposed restriction (IR), you must mail your letters or parcels through Canada Post.

If you cannot get to the MFRC to drop off a letter/parcel
If you live outside of Victoria and cannot easily get to an MFRC location to drop off a package you wish to send to your deployed loved one, please contact us at 1-800-353-3329 for assistance. The following additional locations are allowing drop off of parcels and letters bound for military members:
