Pacific Women's Day unites women in the Victoria military community

Close to 100 military members, military spouses/partners and DND civilians kicked up their feet and took at day for themselves. PO2 Alana Power and PO2 Shanna Wilson won the 2009 Phenomenal Woman Award. Workshops on the day included Laughing Yoga, Wine Pairing, Spa Experience, Thai Cooking demonstration, Energy Management, Custom made Bath Bombs plus much more.
4th annual West Coast Welcome a success

A big thank you to the near 300 people that came to West Coast Welcome for a free breakfast, some fun and games, and to learn more about their community.

RAdm Tyrone Pile and his wife Deb hosted a great afternoon at the Admiral's House. This was a great opportunity for community members to learn more about military life and enjoy some amazing food.
