Activity Guide
Be sure to grab the latest copy of the Military Family Resource Centre/Personnel Support Programs Activity Guide. The guide has lots of great information on the workshops, resources, services and events for military members and their families. The publication is printed three times a year and can be found at all MFRC locations.
