Support to Command Teams
The following is an excerpt from our Credo:
“We are responsible to the Commander of Maritime Forces Pacific, Base Commander and the Directorate of Military Family Services whom we work with as equal partners. We will strive to build a greater understanding of our role and ensure our partners are fully informed about the organization and the community that we serve. We must be accountable through our actions and demonstrate our commitment, integrity and uniqueness. We must keep them informed through respectful and honest communication. Their guidance and support is important to our success.”
Thus in keeping with this credo we offer this section of our website to our partners in providing family support the various command teams. In making this information available we hope to make it easier for command teams to access information about the MFRC services that are available for their members’ use. We have attempted to format in a fashion that is logical and easy to use. It should serve both as a refresher for new members of command teams and as a guide in preparation for deployments to ensure a robust family support plan is in effect for your unit.
We are always available to Command teams through our 24 hour number should you need advice on a situation involving any of your people or if you want to set up a meeting after taking command or to prepare for a deployment.
