Mental Health Awareness Week took place the first week of May and we know that this is a growing issue. But how do you know if you might need some help? The CMHA has this great online resource called the Mental Health Meter with 30 quick questions covering five main areas (ie. ability to enjoy life, resilience, balance, self-actualization, flexibility).
