Connecting with Military Families in Sooke, the Cowichan Valley and Nanaimo

Even though the MFRC does not have a location in Nanaimo, the Cowichan Valley or in Sooke, the organization supports CF families residing in these areas. By working with local community members and partners, the MFRC strives to enhance the quality of life for these military community members. Connecting with 443 Squadron
A MFRC representative visits 443 Squadron once per month for a lunch and learn session. Each visit is also an opportunity to share information about the various programs and services offered by the MFRC and to answer any questions. For more information, please call 250-363-2640.
