One to One Support
The Family Navigator Coordinator at the Esquimalt MFRC offers one to one support for Canadian Forces families with a family member with extra needs. This person can help:

• develop a support plan for upcoming deployments and for an elderly parent living at a distance
• navigate the education or health care system and local resources during a relocation or new diagnosis
• advocate for services for your family
