Military Family Identification Card

The Military Family ID is recognized nationally so you can use it here and at your next posting. Use the ID to access base services and to get military discounts at participating local businesses.

Who Can Get a Military Family Identification Card (MFID)?

The MFID is available to immediate military family members, including spouses/common-law partners and children who are age 13 or over. The MFID is available to families of both Regular and Reserve Force members.

How Do I Get a Card?

You can get your Military Family Identification Card at any MFRC location. Please remember that the military member must be present to sign the card at the time of issue. The process takes approximately 15 minutes.
